How HelloBotz AI Technologies Private Limited collects, uses, stores and protects your personal data — in compliance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Last Updated: January 1, 2025

HELLOBOTZ AI TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED ("HelloBotz", "we", "us" or "our") operates the platform available at paleturquoise-eagle-534704.hostingersite.com — an AI-powered automation, Education ERP and lead-generation platform serving schools, colleges, universities, coaching institutes and education consultants.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we store and protect it, and the rights you have over your data. We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) of India, along with other applicable data protection laws.

By accessing or using our platform, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

01

Introduction & Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to all personal data processed by HelloBotz through:

For end users, the institute is the primary Data Fiduciary and we act as a Data Processor.

Children's Data

Because we serve the education sector, some personal data we process relates to children (minors under 18 years). We take this responsibility very seriously.

Verifiable parental consent required. Under the DPDP Act, processing children's data requires verifiable parental or guardian consent. Our institute clients are responsible for obtaining this consent before uploading student data to our platform.

Our safeguards for children's data include:

  • No behavioural or targeted advertising to minors

Our primary data storage and processing servers are located in India. However, some of our service providers (cloud hosting, AI models, analytics) may process data outside India.

When we transfer personal data outside India, we ensure:

  • The destination country offers an adequate level of data protection, or
  • We have Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards in place, or
  • We rely on your explicit consent for the specific transfer

We do not transfer data to countries blacklisted by the Government of India or the Data Protection Board of India.

12

Third-Party Services & Links

Our platform integrates with and links to third-party services (Meta, Google, payment gateways, cloud providers). These services have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
